About guessNow
guessNow is a history game built on real photographs. A picture appears out of focus and sharpens as the seconds pass, so every moment you wait costs you points but gives you another clue: a uniform, a car, a shop sign. You drag a slider to the year you think it was taken and confirm. Miss by two years and it barely stings; miss by forty and a chunk of your 300 health is gone. Adaptive Climb keeps dealing photographs and raising the difficulty for as long as you survive, and there is a daily set of five if you only want a quick round. Every photo comes with the full story behind it once you have answered.
How to play
Pick Adaptive Climb for an endless run or Daily Challenge for today's five photographs. Watch the picture sharpen, drag the slider to the year you think it was taken and press Confirm. The closer you are, the less health you lose; three bad misses and the run is over.
