Vials is a calm sand-sorting puzzle. Pour coloured sand from one glass vessel to another until every vessel holds a single colour. There is no clock and no rush. Take as long as you like over each move and enjoy the pour itself: smooth, hand-animated sand, soft layered ASMR sounds and quiet ambient music. 1000 levels start easy and slowly grow into real logic puzzles. Every twenty levels or so a tougher one waits, followed by a gentler stretch. Warm, muted colours change from chapter to chapter. If you like water sort or ball sort puzzles, this is the same idea with sand — slower, quieter, and made to help you unwind.

Goal: sort the sand so that each vessel holds only one colour. Click or tap a vessel to lift the top layer of sand, then click or tap another vessel to pour it in. Sand can only be poured onto the same colour or into an empty vessel. The level is solved when every colour is gathered in its own vessel. Stuck? Use a helper: undo your last move, shuffle the board, or add an extra empty vessel. Helpers cost coins, which you earn by solving levels. If no moves are left, restart the level. Restarting or giving up costs one life; lives refill over time. Controls: mouse or touch only, no keyboard needed.

- Plan a few moves ahead on harder levels, especially around the tougher levels that appear about every twenty levels.
- Save your coins for when you are truly stuck. Try working out a move first, and only use an undo, shuffle or extra empty vessel if the board has no clear path.
